Copyright

Sampratyaya, an Open Access Journal, is very sincere about protection of copyright related to ownership, permissions, licensing and author responsibility.

The author (s) retains (owns) copyright (not the right to republish without permission) of the material submitted, but grants Sampratyaya the sole and exclusive right to publish, republish, distribute and archive it in academic interest. However, reuse with proper attribution is permitted as Sampratyaya publishes articles under CC BY 4.0 (Creative Commons License). The author (s) must submit written permission obtained for the use of any copyrighted figures, tables, images, long textual excerpts, survey instruments, software or datasets not created by the authors, unless the material is under a license permitting reuse in academic interest, including the third party. Reused content must include a citation. The author(s) remains responsible for the legal copyright disputes and ethical use of content.

The signed declaration by the corresponding author is considered as author’s/authors’ sign as copyright holder(s) of the material submitted for publications in Sampratyaya, and as the Agreement between the author(s) and the publishers of the journal.

Sampratyaya follows copy right guidelines of COPE ethics at https://publicationethics.org/policies/rights-and-permissions-policy
